* Guided Breathwork: a short, simple breathwork practice to ground, center and align your body to receive the hydrogen.
* Hydrogen Water Consumption: 10oz dose of water to be sipped
* Guided Visualization to reconnect with hydrogen, the first molecule to birth creation, and to embrace the Cosmic Mother's code and instruction, allowing the water's transformative power to activate the light within your cells.
